My name is Khulood Hindiyeh, I am a passionate sustainability and social impact adviser / trainer with over 14 years experience in developing and delivering sustainability and corporate responsibility strategies across a wide range of industries. I hold a Master's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from the University of Nottingham and the first Arabic-speaking Certified Practitioner in the region in measuring Social Impact / Social Return on Investment (SROI) from Social Value International (SVI). 

My journey started 20 years ago, when I joined the BA program of Environmental Science at the Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST). Although environmental conservation and sustainability were never a passion of mine, but now I feel, I am really born for this!  I made a special video to share my story behind my passion; please check it in the section below. Looking back at my journey, I have created, led and developed the sustainability programs of major organizations and NGOs in the Arab region, including: Alserkal Group, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), Arab Bank PLC and Saraya Development Group. Based on comprehensive engagements with stakeholders, I have developed the sustainability framework of these organizations, which included: the sustainability mission, vision, focus areas, KPIs and action plan. I have also introduced and integrated social, environmental and governance objectives into their daily operations and business plans. Monitoring and measuring impact is another task that I utilize to enhance performance. As a result, major internal and external milestones were achieved in their internal operations, employees' loyalty, cost efficiency, reputation and customer satisfaction. 

Here i am listing some of the main milestones: 

• The Arab Bank was awarded the “Best CSR Program in the Middle East” from EMEA Finance for the years 2015 and 2016.
• The Arab Bank was the first Bank in Jordan to launch its Sustainability Report based on GRI global standards in 2011.
• The Arab Bank was the only Jordanian organization ranked among the top 10 organizations in the Arab world in the S&P/ Hawkamah Pan Arab ESG Index. In 2014, the Bank was ranked the fifth level and was able to move up to the fourth level during 2015 and 2016.
• The first SROI report for a Jordan-based NGO (Tkiyet Um Ali) was launched to measure the impact of one of their voluntary based program. You can find the report that I issued here. 
• ADIB is developing its Net Positive emissions for energy and water by 2030.
• ADIB and Alserkal group were granted the “CSR Label” for the years 2017, 2018 from Dubai Chamber, which is considered the most prestigious recognition for the companies’ CSR efforts.

My passion, academic achievements and everyday experiences enriched my skills in conducting training programs and providing consultancy services on several aspects.
